I found your article because I was searching for Entourage tips. I want to customize my Entourage desktop so that I can see my mail, tasks, and calendar all at the same time. I'm having trouble doing that without creating a project. I'm not sure if that's what I should do, but it's the only way I van get there right now. I tried using custom views but it didn't really address my needs. I just don't want to have to tab back and forth.

Christopher, acknowledging this dashboard customization limitation, you may want to try using hotkeys to quickly switch views: CMD+1 for Mail, CMD+2 for Address Book, CMD+3 for Calendar, etc.
