I don't have it anymore (I went back to Tiger...too many bugs), but I remember it is a part of Spotlight. When you open the Spotlight window (either by pressing Option+Command+Space or by clicking Show All in the Spotlight results list), you can Option-click (or maybe it's Command-click or something like that) on a result and it will open with QuickLook.
